
Zoom offers you three methods to schedule a meeting. The host has control over the options for the scheduled meeting. Or, you can click on one of the email service buttons and you will get a preformatted invitation. You can click on Copy invitation and paste the message into an email and send to participants. You can Copy URL and paste it into an email message. Zoom offers different ways for inviting participants. Click on the invite button, located at the bottom of the meeting window to invite participants.

After you click on Start with or without video, click on New Meeting. It is your choice, depending on your needs. Select start without video or Start with video. If you want to host a zoom meeting immediately, follow this guide: You also have to have the Zoom app installed. Zoom allows you to use the email and password, or Google/Facebook accounts. In both cases, you have to sign in with your Zoom account first. You can start a meeting immediately, or schedule one for later on.


This includes the option to allow participants to join before the host, as well as the option to mute participants immediately upon entry. Click Advanced Options to expand more options for participants.
